Elephant Hills are Thailand’s first Luxury Tented Jungle Camps, combining the camp idea of African national parks with the Thai tropical forest environment. All Elephant Hills tour packages are fully inclusive of accommodation, full board, activities as per chosen itinerary, a fully trained, TAT-licensed English speaking Thai tour guide as well as joint transfers to and from Elephant Hills.
Accomodation
The Elephant Camp comprises 35 luxurious, tailor-made tents and has successfully been operated since over 10 years. The tents provide ample space and are well protected against mosquitoes and other possible intruders. The furniture is handmade by our very own skilled craftsmen using natural materials and provides all the comfort a guest would normally find in a hotel room. There are enough lights to read by and fill your diaries with the days observations.
Tents
Elephant Hills offers one “room type”, which is a luxury tent. Tents have either 1 big double bed or 2 separate twin beds, and can accommodate up to 3 adults, in case a roll-in bed is requested.
Dining
Elephant Hills offers a wide variety of fine Thai dishes at our buffet lunches and dinners. Breakfast is rather western, with a choice of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, freshly baked bread, cheese, sausages, baked beans and eggs prepared to your liking at our popular omelet station.
Recreation
The forest is filled with animals and plants, some of them can only be found in this environment. A night at Elephant Hills is a unique experience; the temperatures drop, campfires create a romantic and warm atmosphere in which to share travel tales and the rainforest and its inhabitants form an exciting concert that accompanies visitors through the night.
