Please arrive 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. Tour does not include transportation to/from Airport. ATI City Packages department will send the confirmation number and advise about pick up time 30 days prior to arrival, through an automated booking message. The maximum weight limit per person is 300lbs while the total passenger weight on the aircraft may not exceed 1,240lbs (seven passengers). Guest over the weight limit will be required to purchase 2 seats. All fees and fuel included in price. Canyon Dancer (25 min. flight tour): Please call to reconfirm your reservation at least 72 hrs. prior to your scheduled departure and identify yourself as an ATI passenger with voucher. You will be asked for your passenger(s) full name(s) and weight. Information must be provided at time of confirmation otherwise you will be bumped off the flightwith no refund. Cancellation policy; 48 hrs prior to departure or no refund. All passengers booked on a tour must have government issued forms of identification, no EXCEPTIONS.
